The purchase of an original artwork or printed reproduction does not transfer or grant any copyright, intellectual property, reproduction, licensing or commercial rights to the purchaser. The purchaser acquires ownership of the physical item only.
KCW Studio retains all rights to reproduce, publish, distribute, display and otherwise use images of its artwork, including through prints, editions, publications, exhibitions, promotional materials, digital media, licensing and other commercial or non-commercial applications.
Unless expressly authorised in writing by KCW Studio, purchasers may not:

Reproduce, copy, scan, photograph or digitally reproduce the artwork for commercial or public use;

Produce additional prints or reproductions of any purchased artwork;

Use the artwork or its image for merchandise, products, advertising or other commercial purposes;

Modify, distribute or license reproductions of the artwork;

Claim ownership of the underlying artwork, image, design or copyright.
Purchasing a print does not constitute a transfer of copyright or any other intellectual property rights.
All rights not expressly granted to the purchaser are reserved by KCW Studio
